IT Work Order

The IT Work Order System is a web-based application used to submit computing and maintenance requests for the college of Health and Human Performance.

How to Submit a Request

Only users with a GatorLink account may place work orders requesting assistance from HHPIT.

Instructions:

  1. Go to the Helpdesk request system
  2. Log in with your GatorLink credentials
  3. Complete the required fields including description and location
  4. Add any other pertinent information such as attachments, phone number, or another interested party
  5. Click on the Submit button to send the request to HHPIT
