About D.K. Stanley Day
UF HHP holds an annual D.K. Stanley Day, established in 1986 as a memorial to Dennis Keith “Dutch” Stanley, the first dean of the college. We recognize his many contributions to the professions of physical education, health education and recreation. The generous support of the Frederick Family Endowment makes this event possible.
The day’s events take place on the historic “Alligator Alley” basketball court (Florida Gym, Room 105).
